Using a mix of relaxation massage, with deep tissue, myo-fascial release, and trigger-point therapy, Jessica approaches each session with sensitivity and compassion. She incorporates trauma-informed care into every aspect of her practice, prioritising consent, autonomy, and boundaries to ensure clients feel respected and supported at all times.
Jessica provides an environment that is adaptable, warm and understanding, where clients feel they can show up as they are and be themselves. Whether seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, or if you simply want a moment of calm, Jessica is committed to supporting each client on their unique wellness journey.
