Marisha completed her Personal Fitness Trainer Diploma at Mount Royal University in 2015 and graduated with honours from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2021.
Our world inherently leads to stress, anxiety, pain and discomfort related to postural dysfunction, lack of movement and societal pressures. Marisha provides effective therapeutic-focused massage and remedial exercise that improves quality of life while empowering clients to be active participants in their healing process.
Marisha’s background in personal training & group fitness brings a deeper understanding of how the body moves and underscores the important role physical activity plays in physical and mental well being.
In her spare time Marisha enjoys DJing, soccer, befriending cats and true crime podcasts.
